When I was designing the Minneapolis Summer Picnic Notebook for my business, itty bitty builds, I initially had all of these designs on the cover. I spent A LOT of time creating all these images. I liked the images, too. However, when I finally finished the notebook cover, I really disliked how it looked. I realized that all of the little drawings I did looked clunky and distracting. I made the difficult decision to exclude them from the design. It was the right decision and that effort didn't go to waste. I quickly realized that these images would work really well as stickers. So with a few small changes, I made the 38 stickers you see here. I include them inside the notebook so that the customer can decide where they go.
I designed all of these stickers for my friend Karen for her birthday. Each of the stickers are something personal to her. She uses stickers a lot for letter writing, journaling, and decoration so I wanted to give her something she would use.
