My younger brother asked me to make him a suit jacket so he could match his girlfriend for New Years. We went to a thrift store and found a suit jacket that fit him the way we wanted it to. We then took that home and I traced it to make a pattern for his new jacket. He also gave me two kinds of fabric- one for the outside and one for the lining. In the end, he had two new jackets that he could wear! All for pretty cheap, too.
This is the sewing pattern I made by tracing the jacket we bought.Â
