Before I left for college, I spent a lot of time prepping and buying furniture for my dorm. My roommate was a good friend of mine who had quite a few plants. I wanted to make a plant shelf for the both of us to share. One thing in particular that I was concerned about, was the hanging plants that we had. Since we were living in a dorm, we were not allowed to screw hooks into the celling to hang the plants. I became inspired to design and make a shelf that we could hang these plants from. I came up with a plan that allowed for two hanging plants, and also had three platforms to sit some regular standing plants.
